COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream

From dry and flaky to glazed honeybun.

I buy so many skincare products that a good number of them end up falling victim to what I call the overflow bin—a mix of things I tried and didn’t like but can’t bring myself to throw away (because… money), and products I bought with good intentions but haven’t touched yet. That’s where I found the COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream, patiently waiting its turn.

Since I already love the COSRX Advanced Snail 96 Mucin Power Essence, my expectations for this cream were high. It’s marketed as a do-it-all moisturizer that deeply hydrates, supports skin repair, and improves texture. And yes, I’ve been saying snail, and I mean exactly what you’re thinking. Snail secretion filtrate, snail slime, is a concentrated, filtered version of the mucus snails naturally produce. It’s known for helping with hydration, healing, and elasticity. I’d already gotten over the mental hurdle of putting snail slime on my face after seeing how well the essence worked, so I had no hangups about trying this one too.

The texture? I won’t sugarcoat it, it looks like snot. It’s oozy, runny, gooey… kinda gross, actually. But also it’s great. It’s thicker than a hydrating toner, essence, or serum, but runnier than a traditional moisturizer, which makes it feel like it’s diving deep into my skin instead of just sitting on top.

I used to get frustrated with new products, I hated the waiting game to see if something actually worked. I always wished my skin could just tell me “yes, yes, yes” or “no, no, no” the second I rubbed something in. Obviously, that’s not how skin works… but if mine could talk, it would be screaming YES to this snail line. My skin drinks it up. It feels incredible going on, and it had my face glistening like a hot glazed honeybun. Talk about moisture.

hella moisturized.

It’s actually a little too moisturizing, if that’s even a thing. Because of that, I tend to stick to using it at night, so I can drift off with fully hydrated skin. I especially love it after my retinol. Retinol dries me out, but this All in One Cream lathers me right back to moisture, leaving my skin soft, cushioned, and supple.

For around $25–$30, you get a jar that lasts forever. This product is the epitome of pea-sized—any more than that, and you might drown in moisture I fear. It’s that hydrating.

So, when this jar finally runs out, would I buy it again?

Uh, absolutely.

For its hydrating power and value for my buck, the COSRX Advanced Snail 92 All in One Cream is absolutely Peach Approved.
